Now I’m Seeing Things

An online friend sent me an e-mail, after reading my “Hawaii Called” blog, and mentioned a friend of hers who had moved to Hawaii.  She mentioned how her friend’s daughter (also living in Hawaii), Sara , was on her top friends list.

I always liked the name Sara for some reason, so on a spur of the moment impulse, I looked her up on my friend’s top friends list.  (I was joyfully surprised to see me on the list too!  Thanks, Robin!)  I found Sara and clicked to add her as a friend.  Hey, I figured, why not?  :)  Maybe I’ll make a new friend.

Then the CAPTCHA thing came up:

I dunno about you, but that almost kinda looks like “Hawii Nup” or “Hawiin Up” to me.  lol.  Yes, I know, it’s spelled Hawaii — it’s missing a letter.  But still.  Of all the random letters to generate…  hahah.  But now I know I’m seeing things.

Of course, yesterday, I was reminded AGAIN of “Hawaii” at least three different times.  I just turned on the TV and lo and behold, the characters are talking about taking a vacation to you-know-where.  lol.

It’s crazy!

:)

Anyway, gotta jet to work!  Peace out.

Love always,
David

Hawaii Called

The phone rings.  I look at the caller ID.  The area code is 808.

Hawaii.

I don’t answer.  I’m too scared too.  I know who it is.  I know why they’re calling.  I’m not ready.

A Message from the Angels

Special thanks to Ann Albers for providing this:

My dear friends we love you so very much,

As you learn to surrender your worries, your fears, and your need
to know how everything in your life must work, you release your
spirit unto God, and you make room for miracles to unfold in your
life. Your spirit dear ones is free. Your spirit is free to focus
upon anything it wants but your human mind has a a tendancy to hold
on to beliefs, ideas, and patterns of thinking that limit you.

Signals into Deep Space

I had another dream last night.  Fortunately, this one was not bad.

I forget most of it, but certain details still stand out.

It was nighttime and I was standing outside my big house.  I could actually see the stars.  It was quite beautiful.

I had some kind of laser gun.  Looked more like a rifle or supersoaker, actually.  lol.  But this wasn’t a weapon like in last night’s dream against the alien monsters.  This was used as a signal.

I pointed the gun straight up into the night sky and fired, holding the beam constant.  The laser was very strong and significantly brighter than most other lasers. I fired it into space.

Because the beam was so strong and bright, alien races far from Earth could see it.  They knew I was there because of it.  A few seconds later, I was instantly, softly, and effortlessly transported to another place.

A better place.

“Meow,” Cries the Cat

My roommate’s in Iraq right now, so she had a friend watch her cat while she was gone. But an unexpected change of plans came up for that friend, and they couldn’t watch the cat for about a week. This is where I come in.

I get to watch the cat while they’re gone. Today, I drove to their house to pick the little furball up. :)

The cat, of course, had no idea what was going on. Abby. The cat’s name is Abby. She started in my apartment as a kitten, then a few weeks ago, suddenly found herself in this stranger’s house. Finally used to that, now suddenly she’s in her carrying crate again, being driven to who-knows-where. Well, I knew where. We were going back to my apartment.
